General Terms & Conditions

• Above Itinerary is not a fixed one & it is just for guest information, sightseeing places mentioned can be covered as per time availability.
• The given package is only an offer and not a confirmation. We shall proceed with guest booking only after we receive guest confirmation and advance payment.
• Cab driver details shall be provided 12hrs-16hrs Prior to guest arrival
• In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide guest alternate hotels of similar category or if any variation in the hotel tariff, we shall update guest and upon confirmation we will proceed with the booking.
• All of tour package includes base category room of each hotel. If any guest needs change in the hotel room type he/she shall inform us, so that we can let them know the availability before confirming.
• Check-in / Check-out time is as per selected Hotel Policy.
• Early check-in is depending upon the room availability at the time of check-in. If respective hotel is sold-out they may deny early check-in. If any guest checks in early he/she shall check-out at the same time on departure day.
• No. of Breakfasts included = No. of Night Stays. Breakfast will not be served on the arrival date as per the hotel policy.
• In order to confirm any package guest need to pay advance amount as prescribed by the respective Travel Advisor.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of guest package confirmation.
• Rates are subject to change depending on hotel occupancy at the time of guest package confirmation/booking.
• The given tour package cost is valid till depending on season time / offseason time i.e., destination-wise.
• Sightseeing of all locations depends upon the prevailing climatic/political situation, time to time restrictions by respective authorities/administrations/governments decisions and the availability of time. If any place is closed at the time of travel, alternate places might be added.
• We are not responsible for the local governements / departments / local authorities, decisions related to traffic diversions, sightseeing closures, road closures, parking locations, etc..,
• Costs arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes, bandh etc) to be borne by the client.
• Only for Hyderabad Tour Package: Daily Cab Limit also includes One Airport Pickup and One Airport Drop.
• Hyderabad Tour Package vehicle limits: Provided vehicle will be having 12 hours / 80kms per day limit and will be calculated on a daily basis. separately. For extra km or extra hour, guest need to pay the extra amount directly to the driver.
• Room Heaters and Air Conditioners are not included in any of Hill Station packages.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellation has to be sent to us by email. The following are the deductions.
• 45 days prior to arrival 10% of tour cost.
• 44-30 days prior to arrival 30% of tour cost.
• 29-15 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50% of full tour cost.
• 14-7 Days prior to Tour Start Date 70% of full tour cost.
• 7 Days prior to Tour Start Date 100% of full tour cost.
