Built on the grounds of the old Central Jail, Freedom Park is a rare piece of adaptive reuse in central Bangalore — watchtowers and cell blocks preserved among open lawns, walkways and exhibition spaces. It doubles as the city’s designated venue for public gatherings.
Tip: The preserved jail blocks and the small museum are the reason to come — don’t skip them for the lawns.
