Lalbagh is Bangalore’s most loved garden — 240 acres of lawns, lakes and rare trees begun by Hyder Ali and extended by Tipu Sultan. Its Victorian glass house, modelled on London’s Crystal Palace, hosts the celebrated flower shows each January and August.
